My clients are some of my best friends. I enjoy guiding them to their fitness goals and getting to know them on a deeper level. 75% of my clientele has been training with me 6 months or longer.

For as long as I’ve known Angie, her passion has always been in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I’ve struggled with my diet and exercise for years and after tearing my ACL in October 2008 and being sedentary for three months post surgery, I was determined to get healthy and whip my body into shape.

My initial consultation with Angie was life changing. I didn’t realize I had such poor eating habits until she pointed it out to me. It was affecting the way my body looked and in turn, my self-esteem. She taught me what good nutrition consisted of and put me on a meal plan. The meal plan was difficult to follow at first, but after being on it for five months and seeing the results that comes with healthy eating I can certainly say I will NEVER go back to my old eating habits.

Not only did Angie teach me about nutrition she also taught me the correct way to exercise. Before training with Angie, my workout regime consisted solely of cardio on the elliptical with high hopes of losing weight and gaining muscle. Boy was I wrong! The combination of strength training (with Angie) and a cardio plan consisting of interval and endurance training helped me build and define muscles I never knew I had! My arms and legs have never looked so good!

Angie is truly an inspiration! She’s someone that is completely devoted to her clients and their well being. She made me feel comfortable working with her from day one and that’s when I knew I had to keep her as a trainer. Her motivation in the gym keeps me going and there hasn’t been one session that’s gone by where I didn’t feel challenged. Since working with Angie, I reached my goal weight and superseded the body fat percentage that I was aiming for. I have never felt so good about my body in my entire life. She’s so amazing that I recommend her to all of my friends and they love her too! I am living proof that Angie is a life changer!

I had never moved a muscle in a fitness-related capacity before working with Angie and was unable to even do one real push up! I’m what most would consider a typical girly girl (at least I thought I was!) and had never participated in athletics in my life. The conclusive evidence for me that my body had truly changed since working with Angie was one evening when I was out and someone struck up a conversation with me by asking what sports I played. I stared at them in disbelief and they continued on by saying they only asked because I looked so athletic. Of course I laughed, but you know what? I may never actually play any sports but what does it hurt if I look like I might?

Angie is truly the only reason I have kept my workouts going! She always finds a way to make our workouts both challenging and fun at the same time while keeping me accountable to her and to myself.
