Expertise
Exercise empowers me in every area of my life and I love to share that joy with my clients. I continue to educate myself with the most current information available on weight training, cardiovascular health, supplementation, and nutrition. Being a Type A personality to the max, I have always been very competitive with myself. I channel my athletic drive by competing in triathlons, half marathons, and swimsuit competitions. I recently won the “Best Swimsuit” award at Miss Seattle as well as completed the Seattle Rock and Roll Half Marathon in the top 2% of over 11,000 runners with a time of 1:44:50.

Motivation
My mission is to improve confidence and self-worth in every person I reach out to. Losing weight and working to be healthy and fit is not simply a physical commitment. As a trainer and motivator, I am delighted when measurements go down and when I see my clients change before my very eyes. But when I see their attitudes and self-esteem change, it means more to me than any number on the scale. Being able to empower them through exercise and sound nutrition is the best gift I could ask for.

Specialties
Built upon a foundation of encouragement and education, I specialize in creative full-body workouts, weight loss, nutrition consultations, and strength and conditioning. My workouts involve functional, innovative and energetic circuit training, providing effective strategies for body-fat reduction and weight loss. I am also incredibly particular about executing movements with perfect form to enhance effectiveness and avoid injury.
